As practicing architects we are involved in all aspects of the building industry. This makes us ideal professionals to provide expert witness services that are unbiased and relevant to current practice. Often experts practice solely as experts and have given up the practice which gave them their original experience that qualifies then as expert witnesses. At SAI we continue to practice as working architects and are often judged as being more connected and more relevant than those experts who only work as expert witnesses. We bring our current experience, and therefore are able to identify issues relevant to current practice and introduce those issues into the discussion. This experience can often make a significant difference in the outcome.
