| To provide schematic design services and project budget for a new Elks lodge in the City of San Dimas. Faced with eviction from a temporary facility in the City of Azusa the local Elks club sought to relocated to a new large parcel which they owned in the City of San Dimas. Design Source Studios prepared schematic designs and gained approvals for this project in less than 3 months. The program calls for a main hall, commercial kitchen, bar/clubroom, meeting rooms, and an outdoor gathering and events area. Unfortunately difficuties within the club organization prevented the Elks from proceeding with this project. |
