Soricinelli Architects Inc. have extensive experience working with municipalities in the pursuit of well designed projects. When property owners and developers engage in design efforts there is often a difference of opinion as to the optimum design solution with local athorities. Cities will often engage the services of a third party designer, such as SAI, to provide guidance to the property owner and to the City. In this role SAI works with the property owner to develope the project keeping in mind the issues and the aspirations that both parties bring to the table. The fee for design assistance services is normally the responsibility of the local athority, athough design assistance services can also be comissioned by the property owner in an effort to overcome an impass in the entitlement process.
